I recently opened my company, Local Basel, to represent local artists across the USA. As a humanitarian and an empath, I learned the other side of the art world and saw that there are incredible, talented people that don’t have as many opportunities as the international featured artists. I advocate for artists who have studies and backgrounds but don’t have a chance.

In recent years, Jim has returned full-time to fine art, drawing from a lifetime of visual exploration. Since relocating to Miami in 2022, he has immersed himself in developing new collections of work that reflect both personal transformation and environmental influence. His current pieces—ranging from expressive works on paper to bold canvases in acrylic and oil, as well as elaborate digital experimentation—reflect a lifelong evolution of techniques, themes, and emotional tone. Jim’s work invites viewers into a dialogue between texture, space, and emotion—each piece a visual meditation on memory, transformation, and inner landscape. With a distinct voice refined by decades of creative experience and spiritual inquiry, his art seamlessly blends sophistication with emotional depth.
